Dr. Thuy-Loan Phan earned her bachelor's degree from the University of California, Davis, and completed her optometry degree at Western University of Health Sciences. Dedicated to delivering exceptional eye care to underserved populations, she brings valuable experience from her tenure at federally qualified health centers to her role at Ravenswood Family Health Network. Outside of her professional endeavors, she finds joy in family time, hiking, and nurturing indoor plants.
