Dear Patients,

Please be informed that our clinic will close early for New Year’s Eve on Wednesday, 12/31/2025, at 1:00 PM, and will be closed on New Year’s Day, Thursday, 1/1/2026. We will reopen for health services on Friday, 1/2/2026, at 8:00 AM.

Effective November 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026: Ravenswood Family Health Network informed by the Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties “Mandatory Requirement to wear face mask in patient care areas of health care facilities during the Designated Winter Respiratory Virus Period”. During this time, all persons, regardless of vaccination status, entering any of our clinics will continue to be screened for respiratory symptoms and provided with a new mask to wear when they are in our clinics.

RFHN reserves the right to declare a mask mandate at any time. 

Starting January 1, 2026, there will be important changes to Medi-Cal coverage and enrollment. Ravenswood’s Eligibility and Enrollment Department is here to help you understand these changes and make sure you and your family stay covered.
