Effective November 1, 2026, through March 31, 2027, Ravenswood Family Health Network will follow Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties’ recommendations: “Mandatory Requirement to Wear Face Masks in Patient Care Areas during the Designated Winter Respiratory Virus Period.”

 During this period, RFHN will implement the following measures at all clinic locations:

• Respiratory Symptom Screening: All patients entering any RFHN Clinic will be screened for respiratory symptoms, regardless of vaccination status.
• Mask Requirement: RFHN will provide each patient with a new face mask to wear during their clinic visit.

RFHN reserves the right to reinstate its mask mandate at any time.
