Effective November 1^st – March 31st, Ravenswood Family Health Network will follow Santa Clara Counties’ “Mandatory Requirement to Wear Face Masks in Patient Care Areas of Health Care Delivery Facilities During the Designated Winter Respiratory Virus Period.” During this time, all people coming into any of our clinics will continue to be screened for any respiratory symptoms and will need to wear masks during the entire visit. RFHN reserves the right to declare our mask mandate use at any time.
