Dr. Matlow is a clinical psychologist who focuses on supporting and empowering children, youth, and families who face stress and adversity. Dr. Matlow has experience and expertise in delivering trauma-focused interventions for children, families, and special populations, including Spanish-speaking immigrant families. He received his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Denver Department of Psychology in 2013, and completed pre- and post-doctoral fellowships at the UCSF Multicultural Clinical Training Program at San Francisco General Hospital. At Ravenswood, Dr. Matlow provides short-term counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, and families that includes education, skill-building, empowerment, and goal-setting in accordance with personal values and priorities.
