Hazel Guevarra
Director of Clinical Operations
Hazel Guevarra has been in healthcare for over 15 years with a variety of clinical and operational experience in Nursing, Health Information Technology & Management, Clinical Management, and Staff Development. Hazel is dedicated to providing quality standardization of patient care and health equity in underserved communities. Prior to Ravenswood, she worked in Clinical Operations Management for Tesla's Occupational Health Clinic. She has also spent over 11 years working at Gardner Health Services (FQHC), where she implemented multiple healthcare and organizational programs. She has an ADN degree in Registered Nursing, graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration & Management, and is currently obtaining an MBA degree at Southern New Hampshire University. She enjoys teaching as an Instructor for the American Health Association. Hazel also serves and volunteers as a Ministry Leader in the East Bay Community.
