Genesis Cerna
Special Programs Manager, Second Harvest of Silicon Valley
Genesis grew up in between Redwood City and East Palo Alto. She got her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from University of California, Santa Cruz in 2015. She completed her Master's in Public Administration from San Francisco State University on December 2023. She currently works at Second Harvest of Silicon Valley as a Special Programs Manager, where she helps local partner agencies get food and acts as a liaison for the organization. Her hobbies include reading, watching anime, going to the movies, and creating handmade beauty products. Genesis enjoys helping the community, which drives her work and the relationships she builds with community members.
