Dr. Thuy-Loan Phan earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Western University of Health Sciences. She is deeply committed to providing high-quality eye care to patients with limited access to services. With over a decade of experience in eye care, Dr. Phan continues to expand her knowledge and refine her clinical skills through active involvement in local and national optometric associations, including completion of the American Optometric Association’s Leadership Institute. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and savoring a good cup of tea.
