Dr. Yau received her DDS degree in general dentistry from the University of California at San Francisco in 2009. While at school, she participated in a range of activities in addition to becoming a teaching assistant, including UCSF’s American Dental Education Association Outreach Committee, Children’s Health Hut, and UCSF’s Community Dental Clinic. She completed a Lutheran Medical Center residency at the Shasta Community Health Center in Redding, California in 2010, and practiced dentistry with several private groups as an Associate Dentist before joining the staff of Ravenswood Family Dentistry. She holds several professional affiliations, including membership in the California Dental Association and in the American Dental Association.
