Dr. Moreno has worked in community health, educational, and forensic settings. He completed pre-doctoral clinical internships at Children’s Hospital in Oakland, CA, and Santa Clara County Mental Health, and a post-doctoral program at Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County. Dr. Moreno is a California-licensed clinical psychologist and school psychologist and holds certificates in gerontology, family mediation, and trauma.
Dr. Moreno was born and raised in Mexico and is bilingual (Spanish and English).
