Dr. Jordan Emont is an OB/GYN at Ravenswood Family Health Network. He grew up in San Diego, California before moving to Washington, DC to obtain his Bachelor's degree in International Affairs at The George Washington University. He then received a Master of Public Health degree focused on Epidemiology and Global Health at Yale University. He completed medical school at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island followed by residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Columbia University Medical Center in New York City. After residency he moved back to California to start working at Ravenswood with the goal to provide quality and equitable healthcare for all. He enjoys individualizing women's health care needs to each patient and practicing the full scope of women's health. He has a special interest in high risk pregnancies and gynecologic surgery. He is affiliated with Lucile Packard Children's Hospital and San Mateo Medical Center where he works on labor and delivery, and performs gynecologic surgery. In his free time, Dr. Emont spends his time hiking and traveling with his wife, son, and dog.
