Jaime Chavarria
MD – Family Medicine Physician, Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Jaime Chavarria has been in family practice for over 20 years. He received his Medical Degree at the University of California, San Diego, Medical School. He did his family medicine residency at the Family Practice department at the University of Southern California/California Medical Center where he was also Chief Resident. He stayed as a faculty member and preceptor for the University of Southern California School of Medicine, Family Practice Program at California Medical Center and helped to start its faculty practice. He also served as a part-time faculty member at the Whittier Family Practice Program. He previously worked with the San Jose Medical Center. He is very interested in redesigning healthcare to be more patient centric, efficient, effective. He is also passionate about working closely with clinical partners to coordinate care and community groups to address the social determinants of health.
